I would like to share my experience with everyone about RHR Motors Group. Best customer service I ever received as I have part exchanged my car against a Mercedes they have priced my car £800 more than the other dealers offered me plus their car was priced very fairly compared to the other dealers have similar car. RHR deserves more than 5 stars the car delivered to me today as they promised and car much better than what I expected because I live far away from them I could not go and see the car in person but after the have sent me a walk around video and also they have answered all my questions honestly I decided to buy the car remotely which I’m so glad and happy with everything RHR group is amazing. Best car buying experience ever I’m glad that I bought the car from this dealer because many other dealers with big names around but they are not as professional and honest as they should be with their customers. However the car I bought last month from RHR traveled to Europe and almost done 3000 miles the car is absolutely amazing. I just want to let others know if you want to be in safe hands buy from this dealer no rush no pressure at all very friendly sales man

This company placed a bid on my car via the Motorway platform but had no intention of purchasing the car at the auction price, but instead has suggested mechanical damage that I am unable to prove does not exist without paying for a registed mechanic to check.They indicated the clutch is completely worn but an ex-mechanic has checked it and its fine. They initially suggested the bonnet needed re-spraying but when I pointed out that it is clearly shown in the pictures he then changed to the clutch, all to justify offering just over half the original agreed auction sale price.If you are selling a car via Motorway and RHR win the auction, avoid !!!

Thank you to Roman for making my Jaguar XK buying experience a pleasure. On arrival Roman was welcoming and allowed me all the time I wanted to check the Jaguar over. He answered all my questions regarding the car and I felt totally at ease. He had had the car prepared to a lovely standard for sale with it looking the very best it could. The following day the car was delivered to my door by Roman himself and the sale was completed. Roman is a genuine family man working hard to support a family and I wish him every success. I highly recommend Roman and RHR Motor group.

mercedes e300 hybrid is after accident and hybrid batery need to be replaced because is not working. car is still for sale and seller mean car is mint condition. avoid that seller!

I contacted RHR to view one of their vehicles, Roman returned my call straight away and we arranged a time to look at the particular car. Right from that first viewing Roman could not have been more professional in his approach. After a few messages and then a second viewing & a test drive, I purchased the car. His excellent service didn't end there.... He delivered it the next day (on a Sunday) free of charge and even gave me a car cover to protect the car. He was an absolute pleasure to do business with, he put me at ease straight away and his approach to me as a potential buyer was excellent. Such a good Guy.Thank you Roman for a wonderful experience.
